Ömer Faruk Doğan is the Senior Group Internal Audit Manager at Kibar Holding. He has more than 15 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, corporate governance, internal control, data analytics and operations management. Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions at Kibar Holding, Çimsa, Sabancı Holding and Çalık Holding across various industries, covering internal audit, logistics, procurement and operational management.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and a Master's Degree in Financial Economics from Galatasaray University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye (CMB) Advanced Level Licence.

During his career, he has led numerous initiatives related to risk-based auditing, digital audit transformation, data analytics, audit action tracking systems and corporate governance practices. His recent focus areas include AI-supported auditing, sustainability assurance and the digital transformation of internal audit functions.
