Ali Dinçkan is the founder and managing partner of BTYÖN Consulting and Optimate Solutions GRC. He has more than 25 years of experience in governance, risk management, internal audit, internal control, information systems auditing, information security and business continuity.

He holds an Independent Information Systems Auditor Licence issued by the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye (SPK), an Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EPDK) Cybersecurity Competency Model Auditor Certificate, and a Lead Auditor Certificate for the Information and Communication Security Guide issued by Türkiye’s Cybersecurity Presidency. Throughout his career, he has conducted more than 100 audits and delivered over 50 audit training programmes. He has also led numerous projects to establish and improve organisations’ GRC, risk, compliance and audit frameworks.
